What does "Society-as-a-Service" mean?

It's the model Network School runs on. The idea is that the things a society provides, such as housing, food, healthcare habits, education, community and safety, can come as a subscription from a network. You don't have to put them together yourself or rely on a state for them. You pay one price and the surrounding society comes with it. Whether that sounds like a great product or an uncomfortable idea is a matter of taste, and people who visit have both reactions.
