Verify with el.kz: Kazakhstan plans a Network School campus
Yes, in the sense that matters for a paying member: it is a real, operating organisation with a physical campus, not an online scheme. It was founded by Balaji Srinivasan, a former chief technology officer of Coinbase. In Kazakhstan it operates under a five-year memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, signed by the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Astana campus opened on 2 September 2026 at a launch attended by government officials. It is based at Astana Hub, the national technology park. It is not an accredited school, and there is no degree.
