What is the refund policy?

There's no refund policy in writing for the current cohorts yet, so don't guess from how it worked before. This matters more than usual here, because you may be booking non-refundable long-haul flights and paying for a visa before you arrive. Get the cancellation and refund terms in writing when you pay, and ask specifically what happens if your visa is refused.
