What programs and events run there?

Membership includes guest speakers, workshops, tech tutorials, fitness classes and community events, plus a content studio for people making video or podcasts. The mix shifts month to month depending on who is in residence and who is visiting. Nothing is compulsory. The practical consequence is that two people in the same cohort can have completely different months, and the difference is usually how much of the calendar they chose to show up for.
