What is the Haven?

The campus is meant as a haven for techno-optimists: a place where people building the future can be around others doing the same, without having to defend the premise. As a description of the atmosphere, it's accurate. The default assumption in the room is that technology is worth building. It isn't a specific facility or programme, so think of it as the culture of the place.
